Following a brief discussion about what is worrying you we will then arrange for you to visit the practice for an initial consultation.

At this consultation we will talk about your needs and agree goals for your therapy, as well as the approach to therapy that you feel comfortable with.

The number of sessions and fees will also be discussed at the consultation. Each subsequent session will last 60 minutes.
