What approach do you take?

I have been trained to practice Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy; this enables me to have an eclectic approach to my work with clients, drawing on a wide range of techniques to help you as an individual. I have experience of: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness, Gestalt Theory, Transactional Analysis and Person Centred Theory as well as Hypnotherapy techniques.

At the beginning of therapy we will look at what methods seem appropriate for your needs, bearing in mind these may change as we progress. It may be for example that in working on the symptoms of stress we try Hypnosis, but also Cognitive Behavioural techniques.
